Gingerbread People

After tree decorating, we (I) baked gingerbread cookies and Mark ate them. I tried a new weight watchers recipe (1pt per cookie). They turned our DELICIOUS!! Shelley helped me decorate since my artistic skills are somewhat lacking.

Crock Pot

When I got home from NY I rushed over to my mom's house to see if the gift Joanne sent me arrived. YES... it did, my crock pot was safe and sound on the front door step. I was so excited that the very next day I cooked my first crock pot meal. Mark had three helpings (WOW!) I cooked an artichoke/red pepper/cheesy pasta dish. Never done it before, but it turn out delicious. Thank you so much Joanne for my crock pot, I will put it to good use! And as you say "Crock Pots are a working girls best friend"!
